Thanks for the great photos, Maia.
And a couple of nice memory pix.

We miss them all. Don't miss the 8 pounds I lost.
Overall, it was a great time. The first ten days without a break and a sold out resort was an initiation by fire. In retrospect it helped build up the stamina we would need for the daily grind as well as for the altitude in which we would be living (we were pretty much above 6,000 feet for the entire 5 weeks and as high as 11,000 feet.)
We had some amazing side trips which are well documented in this blog. For me the most astounding trip was driving the Beartooth. Truly an incredible life experience...and a whiteout blizzard in August! Plus, I had always wanted to work in a professional kitchen. Any fantasy we may have had about owning a restaurant has been successfully dashed.
And doing the blog for the first time was fun. I would write out the first draft and Marie would do the final editing for each entry. Worked well and I hope it has been at least a bit entertaining for you. Thanks for reading it.
